Legal basis: Article 76 of Regulation (EU) No 508/2014
Measure summary: The operation supports the implementation of a Union control, inspection and enforcement system as provided for in Article 36 of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 and further specified in Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia or in relation to Slovenian fishing, in accordance with the provisions of Article 76 of Regulation (EU) No 508/2014.
Beneficiaries: Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food
Intensity of public aid: The public aid intensity is 100 percent of the eligible expenditure of the operation.
